Orders

Any order placed implies full acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. A quote may be provided for approval before execution.

Payment

  • Price in euros excluding tax
  • Payment by bank transfer or credit card
  • Shipping after receipt of payment

Delivery

  • Worldwide delivery via partner carriers
  • Indicative delivery times
  • Risks transferred to the client upon delivery to the carrier

Guarantee

Our products are guaranteed for 12 months against any manufacturing defects (unless otherwise stated). Does not cover damages related to improper installation or use.

    • Customized products (e.g., custom machining).

  2. Obtain a mandatory return number (RMA).
  3. Return at your expense (unless it was our mistake).
